Soundscapes is an architectural project about the music-humour argentinian group Les Luthiers, which aims to make their cultural impact, musical innovation and the art of luthierie visible to the younger population, transforming the consumption of their shows in large theatres into public events integrated into the city.
A research about the routine, interests and role of Carlos Núñez Cortés, member of Les Luthiers, was crucial to develop the project: the structure of the informal music instruments, his relationship with fans, the integration of argentinian food as a social mediation between luthiers, a new conception of the stage and the theatre were integrated as parts of a decreasing-increasing soundscape.
